Professional Development
We offer 2 robust Technical Workshops designed to equip members with essential skills for success in finance. The Investment Banking Workshop focuses on guiding members through every stage of the IB recruiting process, from cold emailing to acing superdays. In addition, we host a Recruitment Bootcamp, which is applicable to all finance career paths, and aims to help members develop key skills such as researching companies, analyzing financial statements, creating financial models, and delivering impactful presentations.

We also host a Speaker Series each quarter, where industry experts from various fields of finance provide insights into their careers and share valuable advice. Lastly, our Leadership Conferences offer members the exclusive opportunity to connect with students from other SoF chapters in the region and network with banks and top business executives from across America.
